How to Sell on Tindahan
A simple flow from shop setup to paid payout, designed for manual payment proof and admin-approved seller payouts.
Visual selling flow
Setup → Sell → Fulfill → Payout
Create shop
Register as a seller, complete shop details, and save payout account or QR code.
List products
Add product details, prices, stock, photos, and variants for review.
Admin approval
Marketplace operators approve sellers and product listings before they go live.
Receive orders
Approved products appear in the storefront and buyer orders enter the seller order queue.
Fulfill shipment
Pack items, update courier details, and move the order through shipment statuses.
Get payout
After payment/admin review, payouts are created, processed, marked paid, and attached with receipts.
Payout Flow
The seller view shows only seller-scoped order totals. Admin payout records then snapshot the payout account details and receipt.
