Marketplace MVP

Built for buyers, sellers, and operators

Signed-in buyers and sellers can open a support ticket from the Support area. Include the order number, shop name, product SKU, and a short description when available.

Marketplace operators review support tickets from the admin support queue and can respond, prioritize, resolve, or close each request.

Buyer support

Order status, checkout questions, cancellations, address corrections, and payment proof upload help are handled through support tickets.

Seller support

Seller profile setup, product review, shop settings, fulfillment updates, and payout questions are handled through support tickets.

Ticket queue

Use the in-app Support page after signing in so every request has a clear owner, status, and response history.
